Integrity and ethics are the basis of our actions

The Menarini Group Code of Conduct defines the values that inspire and guide our Group in its work. The intention to act in the best interest of one's company can in no case justify behavior that disregards the principles of our Code of Conduct.

We are convinced that the constant internalization of integrity and ethics as the basis of our actions, is a source of strength as well as key to ever greater success.

This Code of Conduct is a concrete guideline for action that should shape the behavior of our Group's board members, managers and employees in all countries. At the same time, it is a commitment to a shared responsibility towards all our company owners, calling for conscious action.

The Menarini Group Code of Conduct applies to all companies of the Group worldwide, regardless of their respective location.
